These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://escapemarketing.us (the “Site”) and any purchase of products or services from Escape Marketing USA LLC (“Escape Marketing”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company. By using the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy. Escape Marketing USA LLC provides automotive parts sales, parts sourcing, vehicle sourcing and related procurement and consulting services. Our principal place of business is 9203 NW 70th Place, Tamarac, FL 33321, United States.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We make every effort to display products, specifications and images accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are complete, current or error-free. Product images may be for illustration only and the actual item may differ slightly in appearance.
It is your responsibility to confirm that a part is compatible with your vehicle (make, model, year, engine, VIN and trim) before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing and we will help you confirm fitment. We recommend that all parts be installed by a qualified mechanic.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, duties, import taxes or customs fees unless stated otherwise at checkout. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, or if a pricing or typographical error occurs, we will notify you and you may choose to cancel the order for a full refund. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not mean your order has been accepted. We accept your order when we process payment and ship the product or begin providing the service. We may limit quantities, refuse orders or cancel orders, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity or resale, or where we cannot verify billing information.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes. For vehicle sourcing, parts sourcing and special-order requests, we will provide you with a written quote describing the item(s), price, estimated lead time and any applicable fees. Sourcing work begins only after you approve the quote and pay any required deposit. Lead times are estimates and may be affected by suppliers, carriers and customs authorities. Refunds and cancellations for sourced and special-order items are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or provided in your quote. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise. For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all local laws and for paying any duties, taxes and customs fees. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Some products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer and not by Escape Marketing. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will assist you in submitting a claim. Except as expressly stated, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, racing, off-road use, or modification of products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escape Marketing and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including labor or installation costs, towing, rental vehicles, loss of use, or lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product or service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Escape Marketing and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Escape Marketing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Vehicle and manufacturer brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to submit false or fraudulent orders; to interfere with the Site’s security or operation; or to use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site.
The Site may contain links to or use services from third parties, such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
